How I can motivate X type of people & Y type of people:

X Type:

•This type of people need close supervision. I have to supervise them for doing their jobs perfectly.
•They will avoid work when possible. If they don’t do this they can do well in their jobs.
•I have to pushed them to perform their jobs well.
•If they work only for money I have to tell them to work passionately.

Y Type:

•This type of people want independence in workplace so it’s necessary to give them independence in work.
•I can give them responsibility in job & they will do it passionately.
•This type of people neutrally want to work so I can give them responsibility in work.
•They are motivated by self-fulfilment. So it’s very easy to push them for work.
