I agree with this statement ,Successful marketers not necessary want to sell the products but also want  outcome to the customers. After sales to improve customer loyalty keep target  market for fulfilment customer satisfaction . To improve customers retention for repeat purchase over time. Outcome based selling or outcome selling is keeping with customer.
