Yes sir, I am agree with this statement.
Where sales is the process of delivering services within two or more parties for a cost. Where customer full fill their needs and satisfactions.
On the other hand goal provide the path of a seller or organization made. In that process seller make a possible outcome with future orientation, not the present selling situation by the organization. That contains with a lots of function by the seller made.
