Yes I agree with this statement

Fundamental goal of any company is make a loyal customers. Customer satisfaction, positive customer experience and the overall value of the goods make loyal customer. It always give life time value to company.

Coca cola company always focuses on customer lifetime value rather than only make the sale as a result they always get great output.
