Infringement of
fundamental Rights during Emergency:
Article 141B
permits the infringement of some fundamental rights during the state of
emergency. These
rights are mentioned in the Article and also mentioned hereinafter.
These are as

b. Freedom of
assembly (article 37)
C. Freedom of
association (article 38)
d. Freedom of
thought and conscience, speech (article 39)
e. Freedom of
profession or occupation (article 40)
f. Rights to
property (article 42)
