Chapter five six seven and eight of the code deals with health and hygiene, safety and welfare respectively
Chapter 5 deals with health and hygiene with the provisions of

The safety provisions are absolute and obligatory in nature and the employer of every establishment is bound to follow them . they are contained in sections 61-78 in chapter V, they are:
