The International Labour Organization (ILO) works with the government, workers and employers organisations to promote decent and productive employment opportunities for women and men in Bangladesh. The ILO's mission is to promote decent work for all workers. This is accomplished by promoting social dialogue, protection, and employment generation. The ILO provides technical support along with the support of development partners to multiple countries in order to achieve this mission. The main aims of the ILO are to promote rights at work, encourage decent employment opportunities, enhance social protection and strengthen dialogue on work-related issues.
