In Pakistani period, Bangladesh known as East Pakistan. At that time, The  West  Pakistani  rulers forced bengali people to grant theie language as urdu. But Bangali people didn't accept their rules, they fought against it, and finally in 21th feb of 1952 they made a protest against Pakistani rulers. And after that, on the basis of this protest bengali earned their rights, language and their land East  Pakistan  as Bangladesh at 16th December of 1971.
