Article 142 -

Power to amend any provision of the constitution. 

Amendment :Amendment means “the process of altering or amending a law or document by parliamentary or constitutional procedure. 

According to the Article any provision thereof may be amended by way of addition, alteration, substation or repeal by Act of Parliament.
