The Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 ensure some special provision regarding health issues as well as safety for the employees under Chapter-V, VI, VII, VIII.
=> According to section (51-60) of chapter (V) it talks about hygiene.
=> The provision to keep the workplace clean and safe state section 51 of the Labour Act 2006, In particular, it can be said that dirt is to be removed by sweeping the floor, workrooms, staircases, and passage of the establishment on daily basis.
=> It has to do at least once a week and the white color–washing shall be carried out at least once in every fourteen months and the cleaning process dates entered in the prescribed register, section- 52 is provided: ventilation and temperature:
Rooms in the establishment should be adequately ventilated and workers should be kept at a healthy and comfortable temperature. In many cases, if the workplace is too cold or too hot, in that case, the organization should have a heating system in the extra cold place and a cooling system in the place.
