First of all, advanced mathematics for engineers course is very rare requirement in engineering study therefore where are all these reviews coming from? After using this book I found that this text is very confusing since it skips important steps. Simply, a lot of topics are congested and without other references it is difficult to follow. I recommend looking at Kreyszing - Advanced Engineering Mathematics before buying Greenberg book. Kreyszing book is better organized and follows a structure while Greenberg is only a quick review of the topics. Finally, Kreyszing books had been around for long time
