The independence of judiciary

The People's Republic of Bangladesh Constitution upholds the judiciary's independence in that country. The state is required under Article 22 of the Constitution to guarantee the separation of the state's executive and judicial branches. This implies that the executive branch of government should not have any influence over the judiciary.
