1. It represents a parliamentary democracy
2. It indicates the concept of floor crossing or anti defection law
3. It resembles a member of Party A going in favor of Party B
4. The Party A member going to the other party is an hypothetical way of indicating of he is voting in favor of his opposition party in the parliament
5. If the indicated member in the picture does vote against his party it will be against the constitution.
6. Article 70 of the constitution does not permit any member of parliament to vote against their part.
7. If the indicated member votes against his party he/she will have to resign from his post as per Article 70 (b) of the Constitution.
8.The positive side of the activity indicated in this picture is that it encourages free speech in a democracy.
9. The negative side of the activity indicated in this picture is that it gives way to corruption in the parliament to increase.
10. In my opinion sometimes in a parliamentary democracy this activity of voting against party is required but i don't think it shall be applied in the decision of forming government, but in other decisions like budget and passing laws it should be applied
