Yes, I believe values ​​and attitudes influence people’s workplace behavior. Everyone has attitudes about many things; These are not necessarily bad things. One aspect of employee attitudes is that it can affect the people around them. People with a positive attitude can raise the spirits of their peers, but people with a negative attitude can lower their spirits.


1. A positive work environment, job satisfaction, a reward system and code of conduct can all help strengthen certain behaviors.


2. A key to changing a person's behavior. It is not enough to develop initiatives that affect behavior; Everyone in the organization needs to be committed to the success of these initiatives.


3. For example, if an employee values ​​honesty, hard work, and discipline, he or she will likely strive to demonstrate these qualities in the workplace. So this person can be a more efficient employee and a more positive role model to others than the opposite standard employee.
