Conflict is not a strange thing for people.

below are some ways through which you can manage and resolve conflict in the workplace. 

1.The first step in resolving conflict is clarifying its source.Defining the cause of the conflict will enable you to understand how the issue came to grow in the first place. 

2.After getting both parties to meet a secure and private place, let each of them have the opportunity to air out their views and perceptions regarding the issue at hand.

3.Create an environment that promotes collaboration.The workplace should be an environment of creativity and active participation. Employees thrive when they can show off their strengths and easily communicate with others. Putting an emphasis on the collaborative input of a company will produce beneficial outputs.


4.Implement team building activities.

5.Provide conflict resolution training

6.Provide communication skills training.

7.Help staff develop positive work relationships.

8.Develop strong communication channels.
