Last day, our class lesson was Business Letter Writing which was very
interesting and new topic to me.
From this session, I have understood the basic things about Business Letter like - what is Business Letter and it's types?
Announcement Letter:
Announcement letter is
a letter written to let others know about a certain event or happening
beforehand which concerns them. Any consideration that people need to be
aware of, goes in the announcement letter.
Acknowledgement Letter:
An acknowledgement letter is a document used by businesses to formally
acknowledge the receipt of something, for example, an invoice, that can
be used as a courtesy, for record keeping, or to raise an issue with
whatever service was received.
This is the difference between Acknowledgement and Announcement Letter.
