Mediation is an informal and flexible dispute resolution process. The mediator's role is to guide the parties toward their own resolution.Some are judicata and some statuary and non judicial. Some adr is binding and some are not.
The mediator must be selected within 10 days.If not, then the court will make selected within the next 7 days.
Disputes shall be resolved by mediation within 60 days.If you can't for any reason then the court will give you 30 days time.
The mediation decree does not run on appeal or revision.
