On 1-12-1985 Mr. Samir was initially appointed by a jute mill on casual basis for a period of three month to works as a computist,he was performing job of clerical nature.Suddenly on 02-10-1996 Mr.Samir was informed by his employer that he would be appointed a fresh without counting his 10 years service.Then the court held that the petitioner was to be treated as a permanent worker and he will get all benefit as a permanent worker.
