Mr.Samir was appointed as a computist by the Jute Mill in temporary basis for period of three month on 11.12.1985.But he was performing the job o clerical nature.Mr samir's temporary appointment on casual basis was subsequently extended three times by latters from his employer.He complete the time but he would not be entitled by latter for permanent. But he get yearly bonus like regular employees. Mr Samir served the company for ten years.Suddenly, Samir was informed from his employer that he would be appointed afresh without counting his ten years experience. The Mr Samir can claim  for himself to be a permanent worker and take action against the decision of his employer.
