Description of my involvement in a dispute and how I resolved it:

One day in school,  me and one of my friends involved in a dispute for keeping our lunch box in the same place. She didn't want to keep her box another place and I didn't want also.So quarrel is going on.But sometimes latter we are discussing ourselves and agreed a decision that we keep our lunch box in the same place which place we like most but one day she keep and one day me.So she agreed and dispute is resolved in a harmony way.Since in this resolution process only we are involved and we are successfully resolving it without involved any third party. So it's the process of negotiation which is one kinds of ADR process.
