In our Bangladesh perspective, 1971-2000, our legislators didn’t involve ADR process in our laws. After 2000, Justice Mostafa Kamal, started a trial of ADR by the family court. A good success were seen and after that every family court introduced ADR provisions. 

Nowadays, ADR are seen as a mandatory ( for some specific provisions) provisions in CPC,CrPC,Artha Rin Adalat,Labour Act and many more laws.
