Mediation: Section 89A ,CPC,1908: In that process a third party is  involved for dispute resolution.Here third party only gives suggestions for resolving a dispute but parties are not binding to follow the suggestion.It should be flexible,Informal,Non-binding, Confidential,Non-adversarial and consensual.
