RAFFAELE GAROFALO was one of the three main exponent of positive school of criminology. GORAOFALO rejected the classification of LOMBORSO & FERRI.
Garofalo classified the criminals into four categories
1. ENDEMIC CRIMINALS (who committed murders)
2. VIOLENT CRIMINALS (who are affected by environment influences such as prejudice of honour, polities and religion)
3. LUSTFUL CRIMINALS (who commit rimes against sex and chastity)
4. CRIMINALS LACKING IN SENTIMENT OF PROBITY.
