Set up the appropriate complaint process
Sometimes conflicts are not easily resolved and employees must file appropriate complaints. It is important for each coworker to understand how to try and do this process so that they do not feel uncomfortable. The worker must fill out a written complaint form and submit it to the HR manager for further investigation.
Create an environment that promotes collaboration
An open-plan office or hot-desking policy will enhance cooperation where different parties can integrate. Provides teamwork days that encourage confidence, allow employees to become more leisurely with each other, and recognize what reasonable behaviors are acceptable.
