The degree of orientation and degree of crystallinity are 2 important structural characteristics of a textile fiber.
The first describes how well the polymer chains within a fiber align along the fiber axis, while the second is concerned with the three-dimensional order of the polymer chains. And Three carding parameters such as feeder speed, cylinder speed and doffer speed. which are primarily responsible for fiber orientation, were considered as 3 factors with 3 different levels.
