The degree of orientation and degree of crystallinity are two important structural characteristics of a textile fiber. The first describes how well the polymer chains within a fiber align along the fiber axis, while the second is concerned with the three-dimensional order of the polymer chains. And Three carding parameters such as feeder speed, cylinder speed and doffer speed, which are primarily responsible for fiber orientation, were considered as three factors with three different levels.
