Explosive or inflammable dust, gas .etc Chapter VI(79-88) provides for the Following:Sec 80: when any accident take place, the responsible authorities shall take immediate action to prevent such actions. For example, in case of fire accident, the authority shall inform fire service, police, hospital and other related authorities immediately so that such accidents shall not have a greater impact.
