Cyber Bullying
Cyber bullying is willful and repeated harm inflicted through the medium of electronic text. There are now two major formats that bullies can employ to harass their victims.
(1) A bully can send harassing emails or instant messages; post obscene, insulting, and scandalous messages to online bulletin boards; or develop websites to promote and disseminate defamatory content
(2) A bully can send harassing text messages to the victim via cellular phone
