Attention!!
Class lectures will be presented by using multi –media and PowerPoint presentations. Key topics headings would be shown in the display and explanations will be given. Presentation discussion techniques will be encouraged to the students in the class.
Attendance in the classes and participation in the class discussions, workshops, visits, class presentation etc. is compulsory for all students and students will be graded basing on these activities. A student remaining absent in the class must apply to course teacher showing reasons with evidence which will help him/her attain the marks or sit for the make- up exams he/she missed.

2. Every group is assigned to prepare a project on " Practices of Strategic Human Resource Management in the RMG Industry of Bangladesh"
3. Students are advised to submit your group list to me on 5th November 2021.

For this assignment, you will find two articles about a Strategic Human Resource Management topic that interests YOU! You will need to read the article, summarize the article content, and answer the corresponding research assignment questions.
ACTIVITY 1: Find an article about SHRM or a related topic that interests you!
1. Select an article about SHRM or a related topic that interests you. The selected article must come from a scientific journal. The article must have been published in the last twelve months and it should be at least 2 full pages of content. You may access an article online, Examples are below-
I encourage you to use these sources when looking for your research article: Scientific Journals - Springer Nature, Elsevier, Sage, Taylor & Francis and Wiley etc.
ACTIVITY 2: Summarize the article: 2. Write a summary essay (minimum 1 page, maximum 2 pages (200-250 words) about the article you read.
A. Give the correct, full citation for the article at the beginning of the paper. (1 pt)
B. The summary must be written in your own words and it must be complete.
C. You may use quotes from the article very sparingly (I don’t want to see an entire paragraph in groups or even ½ of a paragraph in quotes).
IMPORTANT ASSIGNMENT NOTES: Your assignment should be well written and grammatically correct. 5 points will be given for proper sentence structure, spelling, and grammar. Your assignment should be 3-4 pages total in length for a single article. See specific criteria below:
1. Margins no more than 1 inch on any side.
2. Spacing should be no more than 1.5
3. Text font used should be no bigger than 12 points (note, your title can be 14 points).
