law or mercantile law, the body of rules, whether by convention, agreement, or
national or international legislation, governing the dealings between persons
in commercial matters.
The
main sources of company law are legislation, case law, the constitution of the company, contract, EU law,
and human rights law.
Business

two main types: regulation
of commercial entities and regulation of commercial transactions.
